- Applicants must meet the specified prerequisites, including a minimum level of yoga experience and, in some cases, a health assessment.
Attendance and Punctuality
- Regular attendance is mandatory for all classes, workshops, and training sessions.
- Tardiness disrupts the learning environment; therefore, participants are expected to be punctual.
Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is paramount. Participants are expected to treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with courtesy and consideration.
- Disruptive behavior, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Health and Safety
- Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before the start of the program.
- Instructors must be notified immediately of any discomfort or pain experienced during practice.
Yoga School Etiquette
- Participants are expected to maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces and equipment.
- Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas, and mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during classes.
Dress Code
- Appropriate yoga attire must be worn during all practical sessions.
- Participants should refrain from wearing strong perfumes or scents that may affect others.
Use of Technology
- Mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices should be used minimally and only during designated breaks.
- Recording or photographing classes without permission is prohibited.
Teaching Practice
- Participants must adhere to the guidelines provided for teaching practice sessions.
- Constructive feedback should be provided in a respectful manner.
Confidentiality
- Respect the confidentiality of personal information shared by fellow participants during the training.
- Discussion of personal experiences outside of the training environment should be done with discretion.
Completion Requirements
- Participants must fulfill all course requirements, including attendance, assessments, and teaching practice, to receive certification.
- Non-compliance with the rules and regulations may result in dismissal from the program.
Participants are expected to review and adhere to these rules and regulations throughout their enrollment in the Yoga Teacher Training program. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.
